Support
Get help with MrPoulpi Labs ox_target — what to include in a Discord ticket, F8 and console captures, versions, reproduction steps and data you must never share.
Support happens on the MrPoulpi Labs Discord. Purchases and downloads go through the Tebex store.
Before opening a ticket
- Go through Troubleshooting and FAQ.
- Reproduce the problem with the shipped configuration if possible: it separates a configuration problem from a script problem.
Include in the ticket
- Version of ox_target (
fxmanifest.lua, versionline), of ox_lib and of your framework. - Server artifacts (FiveM build number) and operating system (Windows / Linux).
- Values of the selectors
Config.*Scriptand theox_target:*convars you set. - Exact errors: text copy of F8 (client) and the server console, with the lines before the error.
- Reproduction steps: which target (player, self, vehicle…), which option, expected result, actual result.
- Relevant excerpt of
config_interactions.lua,config_client.luaorconfig_server.lua, or your configurator JSON project. - The other resources involved (emotes, medical, inventory…) and their version.
Never share
- Your license key (
sv_licenseKey), API keys, bot tokens, database passwords and Discord webhooks. - The full content of
server.cfgwithout redacting it. - Your players’ identifiers (licenses, Discord, IP).
The JSON project exported by the configurator contains no secrets: it only holds ox_target settings and your Lua fragments. Still, read your fragments again before sharing them.
